Products and pricing
Product specifications, prices and availability are shown in good faith and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors and to refuse or cancel any order in case of obvious pricing mistakes.
Orders
An order is accepted once we send a confirmation email. Until then, no contract exists. We may decline orders that look fraudulent or that we cannot ship to the requested address.
Liability
These terms are not a binding contract. The operator of the live site is responsible for adapting them to their jurisdiction and product offering. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be settled by the competent court in The Hague.
